Blackberry Smoothie - Vegan

Serves 1, but the recipe can easily be changed.  This makes for a great breakfast or snack during the day.


1/3 cup crushed ice
1/2 blackberries
1/2 banana
1/4 cup soy yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/3 cup almond milk, or other non-dairy milk)
1 tsp honey or agave syrup (use only if you want it sweeter and did not used sweetened yogurt or milk)

Blend all ingredients and serve.

  1. Sounds good. I also like to add a handful of Bran buds to my smoothies.

  2. If you don't have bran buds you can also add a little bit of ground flax seed.
